What is Sustainable Beers and Cider?
Sustainable beer and cider are produced in a more eco friendly way. This could mean upcycling water, using solar paneled breweries and recovering carbon dioxide from the fermentation cycle. Cider naturally uses less energy to make than beer, however, it can still be more sustainable in the farming, fermenting process and packaging.
